I mean as far as being 'in style'. I feel I am too old and too heavy to wear some of the stylish clothes. I just dress how I want, which is usually a tee and capris, pants or shorts-not too short.

You're never too old to look good! As long as your comfortable with your style, then who cares what anyone thinks? If they don't like it, then they don't have to look.

i dont think you should compromise comfort for style, but your never too old to dress "in fashion", you would be amazed at how the rigth tee and sandels can make capris dressy or in fashion, i like to wear jeans and tshirt, but i put on cute sandles and an a bracelet and im in. im 31 and have a teen age daughter so i hae to keep up a little
also this is the fashion period of being comfortable with yourself not really following all the trends
and as far as being too heavy there is no such thing you are beautiful no matter what ;remember that always

comfort is important. But if the real reason you are comfortable in a tee and capris is because of being too heavy or old. Then do something about the heavy part and adopt the attitude that of mature/wise but better.
Impressing someone should not be the only reason you "care" about how you dress.

Mostly, people see a person's status and confidence on how they dress themselves.
Even at home, you should always be at your best. I don't mean of wearing a really formal attire or what. I mean more of the look okey then feel okey.
If you dress yourself neatly even not really fashionable, it shows of how you feel inside.
It is not a matter of being in style. Its more of being tuned with the inner you.

I'd wear whatever you want if you are not trying to attract someone which you say you aren't . Might as well be comfortable and leave the trendy stuff to those who want to do it. I dress comfortable for the same reason.

you are not too old to dress stylish. wear whatever you like, but don't limit it because you think you are too old or heavy. have fun!

no one to impress?...that's a bit sad actually. fashion tends to compliment one's outlook on life. If you're not willing to keep up with the trends and appearances, and feel as if there is no reason to, then I say don't.

it really depends on what makes you happy.. some ppl feel happy if they think they ve taken the effort to dress up, while others love to be comfortable.. so it depends on what suits you best..
