Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and stick with the cleanse-tone-moisturise routine twice a day to start with.

You should also use a mild daily scrub every other day.

Tinted moisturisers are the way - they normally even out skin tone while giving you a dewy look.

Eat lots of clean foods, like natural meats, fruits, veggies, and water. Stay away from sugar and processed food.

Get plenty of sleep!!!

Exercise and stay active to get your blood flowing in your body.

And of course wash your face and find gentle products that work well for your skin.

Your skin is a major organ of your body, so the health of your entire body will show up on your skin and face. The better health you are in, the better your face will look, and the less make-up you will need to use.

I use Queene Helene Cocoa Butter Creme and Aloe Vera Gel (100%) Fruit of the Earth. I've been using them together for several years and my skin condition (seborrheic dermatitis) is under control and skin is pretty flawless now. You can find both at most local Wal-marts. If you can't find Queene Helene Cocoa Butter Creme locally you can find it all over the net at pharmacy shops like drugstore.com. Also drink plenty of water and just take care of your health in general.

Plenty of sleep and face washing. One's mood does affect what they look like, believe it or not. Sleep reverses aging, although less and less as the years go by...

Eating apples a lot may also contribute to glowing skin.
