I should know this from personal experience and I do...my own sister let her baby girl, Alex, go over to her dad's house(the baby's father, not the one she's married to) and spend the night...and Alex is only 5!

She came back doing the same thing Alicia did. I basically got up, went over there, accused him flat out and he admitted he had touched her, then raped her without Alex even knowing what was going on. For Christs sake's, GO TO THE COPS 'after' you check Alicia out.

Don't let it slide, and don't be like one of the answer's I saw and pop off to give her aspirin because that's stupid. If a child is bleeding and it hurts when she pees at the same time, something wrong happened, have her checked out.

It obviously sounds like Alicia has been sexually abused. The first thing you do (in my opinion) is ask the father about it, if he has abused her he most likely wont admit it but there may be another explanation ( I knew a girl who got bumped too hard on a teeter-totter and started to bleed "down there"). You should also ask Alicia what happened when she was with her dad, she may be able to better provide the truth than her father. If she has been abused, contact the police or other authorities ASAP!

I think your sister needs to take her right away to the hospital and have her checked out. This is not something that should be waited on. You need to have her examined to see if she was harmed in a sexual way. Don't talk to the father first - get to the hospital. She needs to protect her daughter and have her examined right away. And I just pray that she takes all the necessary steps after she finds out the results.

Take her to a doctor and have her checked out, they should be able to tell if someone molested her, and if anything did happen and she won't tell you, then an outside person like the doctor may be able to get her to open up about it.
But it may just be a urinary tract infection, they are very common in girls, but either way she needs to go to the emergency room.

Take her to her pediatrician as soon as possible!!!!!!!! If there is any evidence for sexual abuse involve the authorities immediately!!! Let them figure out who and what but get her counseling for it. If it isn't abuse, she still needs medical attention if she is bleeding when she pees and says that it hurts.

I would be taking her to the pediatrician immediately, no questions asked. It could be a UTI or maybe something more. I would hold off on questioning her about her dad until you see what the doc has to say.

Please don't ignore this. TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM NOW. The little girl has been violated. The hospital will call the police. You will not have to place any calls. Tell the ER that you think she have been raped by her father. They will call in a social worker. DO IT NOW. Don't be stupid. She's been molested.

The situation needs to be addressed immediately. Take her to see her pediatrician first off and then go from there.
