Im a second year at UCSD, I have 4 classes a quarter, im heavily involved in my campus life, Programming Boards, putting on events, and such, have a full time girlfriend, and im trying to pass all my classes.
I've recently failed my engineering class, and i am on academic probation right now, im not sure if i can still be a student for another quarter of .. not acheiving the min. req. to get off academic probation...

What shall i do!? Im in a tutoring program for my math classes, but i just cant seem to master these math classes. very difficult for me, Differential Equations to be specific.

Should i change my major, take less a course load. ?

my heart is set on Structural Engineering but seems that my brain isnt willing to cope with all the stress of learning this mess?!

BUT I just moved into a new apartment with a new roommate and whenever I am gone, she poops in my roommates room and in the living room! She has not done this in the house for months! When I am home, however, she does not do that and asks to go outside like she used to! I think she might be depressed and misses me when I am gone. What should I do?

Can a person be arrested for one charge, burglary, with no proof of entry, and then charged only with drugs found in vehicle? After being arrested for burglary that would be impossible to prove, the police then searched the vehicle and found controlled substance less than 1/4 gram and was only charged with possession with NO OTHER MENTION of the original burglary charge. Can the police make up bogus charges just to gain access or forcibly search one's vehicle?

he asked why there was no naturally occering blue food, after putting a couple of joke links up, i gave the real answer and a link to an similar old answers question..

I just moved into a loft in Downtown LA. We have a Full-Time concierge (M-F, 8-5) who is very helpful... Should we tip her each time she helps us, once a month, once a year, or all of the above?

I want to make sure she knows we appreciate her help. What's normal? Someone else in our building says we don't need to, since the management covers it. Is that right?
