These are easier to make than you might think. In a mixing bowl put an egg white and whip with an electric mixer until foamy. Put in your pecan pieces and stir to coat them with egg white. Make a cinnamon sugar mixture like you would for cinnamon toast and put in a large ziplock bag. Spoon the pecans into the ziplock bag and shake to coat. Place pecans on cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until pecans are dry. Great for parties!
