The tripod must complete, at least, 180-360 degree revolutions, from a remote control.

As far as I know--you are going to have to accept the idea of working with two remotes here---one for the camera and another for the tripod head----almost any good video camera these days is going to come with a remote control for the basic functions---your need here (and this is something not so readily available in all markets) is for a remote controled tripod HEAD---these can be located with some ease thru places like B & H PHOTO in New York---they are a little on the pricey side but are usually very well constructed and will last a very long time with proper care--and as stated --most of these are capable of 360 sweeps---for just a bit of extra moola--consider the one that has a feature called bullseye---it comes with a small device that once turned on and the switch on the head is switched to the proper setting--the pan head will turn toward and follow the small device's location where ever it may be---place this little button on a subject and the camera will automatically follow the individual anywhere within the scope and range of the tripod ------hope this helps-------working with such stuff is my stock and trade-----I have been a commercial photographer for many years and video production is just another facet of my business-----Happy Imaging

If you watch eBay there are a variety of pan & tilt heads from time to time. I have seen them from very cheap to pretty spendy. I have bought two. The 1st a 'Prestige' was 38 bucks and worth about 37 cents.wouldn't hold a camera well and the remote was not very functional. The second was a pelco. I paid 165. it is a great system. There is a similar one @

I like the Pelco but it won't do what you ask. It will tilt up & down about 60 degrees and pan left & right about 190 degrees.

Of course you could modify a mount that would allow more rotation but 360 is asking a lot.

Good luck
