Wow, what a question. It reminds me of the song by the Rolling Stones saying sometimes you don't get what you want, but you get what you need. lol. I would do some soul searching and find a counselor to help too. I'm 45 years old and I'm sometimes not sure what I need. lol . Good luck.

Then you really don't have a need because a need is something that is necessary. You may have a want...hmmm. But how do you know you want something if you don't know what you want? Answer......this is a question you ask when your mind is on drugs. lol

It could mean alot of things. One could be that you are not happy with your life or the way a relstionship is going. Could be that you need to just open your eyes a little more to your self and you might just see what it is you feel is missing.
