I need an excellent way to ask a girl out. We've know each other (coworkers) for about 10 months. Shes gorgeous and obviously has a thing for me.

my fiance just let to go on a personal/business trip for 1 week and after he left, I suddenly felt very,very sad, I was crying, worthless, insecure. I think depressed.
Another time he left, I didn't feel anything at all. In fact, the whole time I was perfectly fine.
What is this? And why do I feel this way?

i was researching a gun for home defense and came upon a page talking about how glock pistols are so easy to use (automatic safeties). thats not all good if you think about it. what if the gun got into the wrong hands? it would be easy for your own gun to be pointed and shot at you with ease. (robber grabs it befor you) i've heard that some thieves who got hold of someones gun couldnt get a shot off because they didnt know how to work it (safeties, loading..) so it makes glock seem like a bad idea for home defense. can you suggest a better home defense gun to me? what caliber?

the sides are 2x (height), x (width), and the hypotenuse is 10. the answer is 20 but how do i work it out? the formula is a=1/2(ht * width)

If god existed, wouldn't it give us the ability to grow our fingernails faster or slower? Women shouldn't have to spend their time and money on fake, uncomfortable fingernails just because their nails grow too slowly. Hasn't god already given women enough to worry about? So much for "free will".

In a few weeks I'm taking a three week trip to Europe. For the first week I will be in Switzerland (and will have a washer/dryer available for use), and for the Second two weeks I will be in France, and I do not beileve that there will be a washer/dryer available for my use. What do I pack, both the normal everyday things (ammounts of different clothing and such), but also what are things that people commonly forget to pack when going on trips. I don't want to forget anything!
