my fiance just let to go on a personal/business trip for 1 week and after he left, I suddenly felt very, very sad, I was crying, worthless, insecure. I think depressed.
Another time he left, I didn't feel anything at all. In fact, the whole time I was perfectly fine.
What is this? And why do I feel this way?

I would not say you are actually depressed just missing the man you love. This may sound funny, but it could honestly be dependent on your menstrual cycle & where you were in your cycle last time he left compared to this time. You may just be at a more emotional point.

Hormones play a big part on how we respond to things a lot of times. We can take things and be happy at times, then other times, we respond completely different to the same thing happening. Don't worry about it....it's natural to be sad when your sweetie leaves for a week.

moods come and moods go - we cant always find a reason
it doesnt sound like depression jsut a low mood at that time
work on ensuring you value yourself far beyond what you offer your fiance - he is improtant but should not be your sun (your world should not revovle around him!)
when you are depressed keep active - it will help and dont be afraid to pleasure yourself in anyway you want (hot baths, sexually whatever) - it all releases good endorphins
