I need an excellent way to ask a girl out. We've know each other (coworkers) for about 10 months. Shes gorgeous and obviously has a thing for me.

Start out by asking her out for coffee, or lunch one day while at work. If she accepts, then go do that. While you're out, ask her for dinner or a movie for later on that weekend. Then, if she accepts, you're on your way to having a relationship with her. Good Luck!!

hmm, a serious question (for a change) I see. Ten months, eh? Sounds like a good thing you got going. She's waiting for you to make the first move of course. (That's interesting.. she's a lady. You ought to propose after a while, fellah.) I like it she is waiting for you to step up to the plate.. (making you more of a man in my book!) What you need to do is ask her for coffee at first.. something casual. (I would not ask her over to your apartment/home right off the bat.. she's a lady I'm thinking. It'd scare her.) Show her you want HER inside and out, it's not just merely a physical thing.. alright? This shows potential. I think this is 'excellent enough.' If you come on too strong it will backfire I am afraid (and you don't want to blow this golden opportunity, do you?) Hey, a co-worker, eh? another reason to tread lightly. Coffee first, then a casual restaurant.. IF you hit it off, go for more coffee!.. haha.. g'luck later Melancholia

Just be yourself. Be honest of what you feel. Be humble..don't brag when your talking. If you want to ask her out start by inviting some of her friend. Then the next time around it will be easier for you to ask her out. Get real. Don't tell her what you feel right away, give yourself more time. Be a gentleman at all times. She will fall for you like crazy. Believe me. Good luck!!!

Have someone put some flowers on her desk with a note from you asking her to dinner. That would be SO romantic! *sigh*
