I am trying to lose weight in a healthy manner I can stick with. I was previously a smaller person, and college caused me to gain alot of weight. I currently go to the gym 3-4 days a week and consume less then 2000 calories a day (probably more like 1500-1800) and I eat a low fat diet for the most part with lean meat and lots of veggies and fruit. How many calories should I brun each time I go to the gym in order to lose weight in a reasonable time? The quicker the better of course, but safety and the ability to keep it off is most important. My job requires me to stand for at least 2-3 hours a day and I walk between classes.

ok so im looking for a digital camera with at least 6 megapixels (preferably more) and is rechargable one way or another. i like to take pictures at soccer games while they are in motion. i have a camera now that has a sport setting, but its dark at night and if i zoom. also id like to take good pictures of lights at night, the moon, nature photos, and of things close up. a good zoom is needed, at least 10X optical. hmm what else...i like the setting where the camera takes 3 pictures in a row (i feel stupid for not knowing what its called). oh seperate question: the camera i have now, when i turn the flash off, the pictures tend to be more blury. i dont know if its the camera or me, but does anyone know what im talking about?

I cant really afford to pay for dating on the internet as i am a single mum notso much that but i dont no much about operating the internet to access meeting people for love or friendship. i am sick to death of beeing a boring cow, sitting around twiddling my thumbs. i need a life as i am only 36 and young minded, but i dont even have any friends as i have moved to a new town. anybody wont to be my friend from the northeast of u.k. dont worry i am not some sad women in that way, just need friends, relationship to feel i am not so isolated any ideas please.

its the middle of the night...... your jacket was stolen in the club...it had all your money, cards and everything in it....... you are several miles from home and having to walk through a very rough area....you wished you could hail a taxi.......there is a homeless drunk sleeping by the road ...in his hat beside him is a pile of loose change.....probably enough to get you home......

what you think of this situation: I lived with this guy for 16yr. I have a 16yr daughter(this guy is not her biological dad, but raise her for her whole life); he kept telling me that he wanted the same things I did in life(marriage and at least 1 more kid-one of his own) except we never did those; he only wants sex when he is in the mood.(which only on friday night and saturday) if HE isnt tired,( works at 4 30am), he is 50yr(next month) I am 43.
I went and bought sexy underwear and nighties and he is not interested and I even go to bed naked to get his attention and he says he's tired, leave him alone.(I dont feel any fuzzy warm feelings like when you first dating.)actually never have, thought the feeling would come in time. but now I regret ; after 16yr with this guy that I "settled' for a convenience in living. instead of looking for "LOVE". but what to do now.??? after 16yr. I cant seem to get him to notice me. or to spend time with me. he says he works 16yr a day and I dont.
