Hello, I'm waving the white flag here, sorry if I upset you before; I've read some of your other stuff and you seem so unhappy. I've just come out of a breakdown (it lasted a year) so I know how you feel (and if you're like me you're sitting there now saying 'no one knows how I feel.') There's lots of help out there but you have to want to take the advice, you also have to do things in your own time and not let people rush you.

It does hurt, I agree; you feel like your whole body is fighting against you don't you?

Please stop getting so upset with the questions on here, don't let anyone get to you.

Again, I'm truly sorry if I upset you - I just try to see everyones point of view and like you sometimes see red.

I am in the same situation.I do face so many problems and they affect me as a whole and I experience lots of stress lately.What could be done? Trying to observe life more simply,and a little bit more philosiphicaly..Everything comes and goes away sooner or later..If you feel too stressed and also can't sleep etc. you may refer to a good specialist and if you need he/she might prescribe you some temporary remedy,as SSRI antidepressants or tranquilizers or maybe you need only some herbal remedy..Depends on your actual situation..Good luck!

You need to do either or all of the below mentioned, pray, meditate, exercise or sex, or even masturbate as often as needed, these can all release stress. Even playing PS can help out!

we all go through stress in our lives,believe me i been through enough my self,but i found the answer,His name is Jesus,turn ur life to him and he will help u through every thing,ask him in ur heart and then give all ur problems to him and leave them there,he is the answer to it all
