但是上了高中之後,因為課業繁忙,變的不能常常回去
But after the high school,because of the relation of lesson,it become unable to often go back.
今年九月的某一天晚上,當我跟我朋友剛吃完晚餐的時候我爺爺打給我
One evening in September of this year,my grandfather called me while I just eating up dinners with my friend.
對話中都是他關心我的事情,但那時候我只想掛掉電話
What he said is full of caring about me, but I only wanted to hang the telephone up at that time.
所以我沒有很認真的跟他聊
So I have not chatted with him conscientiously.
幾天後,我接到我媽媽打給我的電話,她說爺爺被人送去醫院了
In a few days, I received the telephone that my mother called me and she said that my grandfather has been sent to the hospital.
醫生說是肺癌
The doctor said it is lung cancer.
但那時候學校正要考期中考,所以我沒有時間去看他
But it just took a school midterm at that time, I had no time to see my grandfather.
幾天後我爺爺就過世了
After a few days,my grandfather passed away.
這真的太讓人難以接受了
The thing is really too unexpected.

我發左一個好古怪ge夢....在夢中我認識了一個由日本回來的女孩子, 她跟我是同一間大學的學生, 有次放學她叫我坐她的私家車, 私家車中有她的外公跟司機, 在車上我們取笑那女孩的廚藝不好, 還拿過兩個她炒的乾面, 隨后夢見我跟她一起去買染髮劑, 到夢的最后,我意識自己快要醒來時, 我走進了她的房, 見她睡在床上, 接著我問她"有否想念我?", 她笑著說沒有,但我也很開心....

現在已經是大一生了
但是，卻連英文單字都不太會唸
kk音標不太會、單字也記不起幾個、文法也不太會
學了這麼多年的英文，都是在應付
因為，我知道自己英文不子，所以每次考前都會狂看英文
因此，英文也沒有被當掉過，但是，看的英文
總是在考後，就忘了一乾二淨。
在大腦裡面，都只是暫存記憶
每次安慰自己是台灣人，會中文就好了
但是上了大學後，開始有了原文的課
慢慢感覺到，以前都是自己在騙自己
英文不好真的是會很吃虧！
所以，就想說趁現在大一
快點把英文學好
但是我的程度真的很差
可能連國中生都不如
就算分數及格，也都是用來應付的
可是現在我想好好學習
辛苦一點，也沒關係
因為，我不是很有錢
所以不想補習，想自學
自學的話，我也明白，要有一些投資
我的預算大概是１０００～２０００
想要先把ｋｋ音標學好
然後把單字記起來
最後再處理文法

Dear diary:
I was late for school again this morning,because I dealt with
some data about KMU and went to bed too late last night. I feel very tired
today.
Today we watched a film about the infectious disease in military
training lesson. It is a very excitng film. But the film was so long that we
couldn't finish watching it. I'm looking forward to the next military
training lesson so much.
Today I didn't take the school bus after school,but to go to the
chemical reviewing lesson.The content of the course today is
electrochemistry. It was my first time to stay at school to have reviewing
lesson.And when I back home, it was already 9:30 p.m.

我覺得我念英文常常有一個盲點

就是

整篇文章單字都懂，但是當他湊成一個句子時就完全不知道他要表達的意思了...

不知道是因為思考模式的不同還是怎樣??

或是文章看太少??文法太差?? I don't know.

這個問題一直是我的障礙....我很想突破

但是不知道要往哪個方向努力..

For human consumption, the tolerable daily intake
(TDI) for PCDD/PCDFs plus dioxin-like PCBs was established
by the WHO in the range 1–4 pg WHO-TEQ/kg
body weight per day for non-carcinogenic effects (van
Leeuwen et al., 2000). In turn, the Committee on Toxicity
of Chemical in Food, Consumer Products and the Environment
of the United Kingdom proposed a TDI of 2 pg
WHO-TEQ/kg body weight per day (CoT, 2001). On the
other hand, in November 2000 the scientific committee
on food (SCF) of the European commission (EC) recommended
a temporary tolerable intake on a weekly basis
(t-TWI) of 7 pg WHO-TEQ/kg body weight per week, recommendation
that based on new findings was corrected to
14 pg WHO-TEQ/body weight per week (SCF, 2001). In
2002, the FAO/WHO joint expert committee on food additives
and contaminants (JEFCA) also evaluated the health
implications of PCDD/PCDFs. This organization suggested
a provisional maximum tolerable monthly intake
of 70 pg TEQ/kg body weight per month (JEFCA, 2002).
In fact, and for practical reasons the weekly and monthly
maximum intakes can be handled as if it were a tolerable
daily intake of 2 pg WHO-TEQ/kg body weight per day
(Baars et al., 2004). The present results show that these recommendations
are not exceeded in any age or sex group of
the population living in the neighborhood of the HWI.

2.2. Analytical methods and instrumentation
The determination of PCDD/PCDFs was done via high
resolution capillary gas chromatography (HRGC) coupled
to high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) in combination
with the isotope dilution technique, based on the US
EPA Method 8290. At different stages of the analytical
process C13-labeled 2,3,7,8 chlorine substituted PCDD/
PCDF congeners were added to have control on the analytical
process and to correct potential losses during the different
steps in sample preparation and instrumental analysis.
Appropriate C13-labeled extraction standards were added
to the homogenized sample to control the whole sample
preparation process. Samples were extracted using hexane/
acetone as solvent and the extracts were concentrated.
A multi-step sample clean-up was performed to remove
the matrix and potential interfering components. The first
step was a fat destruction by treating the sample solution
with acid silica. The obtained extract was then subjected to
a multilayer silica clean-up column in order to further
remove the matrix. After this clean-up, the extract was
eluted on a basic alumina column to separate PCBs from
PCDD/PCDFs and from interfering components by applying
different eluent solutions on the column.
