i dont know why my other question has been removed but ok anyways, lol, well i have a long distance relationship, we live 14 hours away so i only get to see him a couple days out of the mouth even though we talk for hours and have a ball over the phone, its killing me and breaking my heart to know he is so far away i try not to think about it, but i cant help it i miss him and i love him so much :( i cry over it so many times, what do i do ? :( we are both very sad and dont have enough money to move in yet. :( what do i do ? were so in love :) ! Why when I come here why do I feel like I am in coversation with a bunch of six year olds?? I am a responsible pet owner who would love ADULT questions not "what do I name my new puppy" or "should I breed my Chipoodlebugdalmationpit" again....there really needs to be some sort of child versus adult forums here....venting in 2008! Happy new year! I know this is not really a question but I am sure many of you have felt the same way. I know the kids need the animal questions but where are the adults??

I am a 21 year old female (5'9 if that makes a difference). I need to get a gun (legally, with a license). I know nothing about guns....I've fired .22 rifle a few times, and an old .38 service revolver.

I need one for personal protection, does anyone have any suggestions on what to get?

i have bitten my nails for many years they are extremely short any shorter and the would bleed i also bit the skin around the sides of the tip. some of them are rounded at the tip and some are square. i have never pushed back my cuticles so they are long and i get lots of "hangnails"(the little things of skin that come up some times) and i would like to get my nails to be healthy and pretty looking. so what i am really asking is where should i start and what should i do. and i dont really have enough money to go out and get a big manicure or whatever but i can buy things at the store if its not to expensive. so please if you can help with even a little bit it would be appreciated.
