Isn't it the other way around... don't we all make our knowledge work for our benefit and purpose? I think we own our knowledge rather than our knowledge owning us. We do let our knowledge guide us and lead us only because we realize and ensure that the ultimate beneficiary would be ourselves.

Yes, absolutely.

I can't STAND injustice! Yet, the rest of humanity seems able to just shrug something off if it doesn't involve them or their own.

I also can't stand hypocrisy, but the rest of humanity can't seem to put related subjects together and avoid double standards.

I also can't allow ignorance to enable me to conform to the system of society. If a way of doing things is broke, I can't really play along with it, even if it's the only way.

I wish I could just run with the crowd, because at the end of the day, that is the way to go. You can choose solitude and satisfaction in knowing that you did what is right and logical, or you can run with the world and its ways, not be lonely, and trample on your own realization and knowledge of the fact that there is a better way to live.
