in each of my breasts there is a really hard spot. is it just bone? its hard as bone, but i just want to be sure.

Breasts are made up of tissues and should not contain any bones or fragments. A hard spot in your breasts could be a lump which commonly indicates one sign of breast cancer. I would schedule a mammogram with your doctor as a precaution. He will be able to tell you if it is a lump or something else.

It's not bone. It could be a fibroid. Sometimes hard spots are caused by too much caffine. But to be safe, you should have your doctor check it out.

To be really sure you need to be examined by a doctor. If it is in the same spot in both breasts it is probably nothing to worry about. But get checked out by doctor. You may be doing the self exam wrong. He/she can teach you the correct technique. Good luck.

well odds are if you have like over a sz b boobs then its not bone you are feeling however if its both breasts it could be caffene knots, if you drink cafinated products, if you are concerned go to the doc and they can feel and tell you whether you should worry or not! they know what to feel for!

um i dont have breast so i dont really no but not to scare you but you could have brest cancer i would go get that checked

What you are dealing with could be a lump but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
