My family is going to the Grand Canyon for a few days and then we will travel down to the Mesa area to visit family. We are having a hard time finding a place to camp because mostly everything is a 55+ community. We are looking for a pool, playground and laundry facility at the campground. We have found a KOA in Apahce Junction, but we are not sure if there is a playground and laundry. Even an hour away from Mesa is fine too. We have a 32 foot travel trailer so we need full hook up and we will be there for a week, please help!

I recently live in the cold of maryland and i desperatly want to move and i was thinking about going to arizona, I perfer maybe phoenix? I am traveling in March and have a layover in Phoenix. It is the first time flying into this airport. Anyone have any details on the Phoenix airport. Is it pretty big? Will we be able to find our way around easily? We will be getting in around 9:00 a.m. their time, but it will be lunch time to us. With food service being really poor on most airlines, I am hoping we will be able to find our connecting flight easily and have time for a meal.

I live in Michigan. The weather is horrible and the economy is even worse. My family is thinking of moving out to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Is Scottsdale a nice place for teenagers (15,18,19)? Also, are there many restaurants, places to shop, and other businesses? How expensive are 3-4 bedroom homes? And how bad is the heat in the summer? Please respond if you can give me any information. My husand and I are heading to Tucson az for work and then plan on staying for a few days vacation in Phoenix or Scottsdale. Is one better over the other? We are 31 no kids and want to relax by a nice pool with frozen drinks but also like to walk around visiting shops and restaurants.
