I have three of my friends from Germany coming for three weeks and we live on the East coast (PA). They want to take a trip to NYC, but what do you think three German 18-year-olds would enjoy most about our home here? Any ideas for activities?

This place, (kc) has taken its toll on me. I am young, just turned 21 two months ago, and think I would be better suited in Flordia. I dont know many people down there, but Ive heard that night life is amazing. I would plan on getting a job as a bartender to pay the bills, and contuine my education at a community college down there. Any advice you have about moving, location, weather, traffic or anything else about Flordia would be aprreicated!! I would love to find a small place on the beach, but I doubt that would happen. I was thinking about Palm Beach or Boca. Miami might be a little crowded for my taste. Any help or thoughts???? Thanks so much!

I am needing a stress releiver in a big way. Problem is that all my friends are married or have boyfriends. I just want to get away someplace fun , but going someplace by yourself can look a bit pathetic to the people around at all the fun spots I can think of as a single person. Anybody have any ideas...please help!!!!!

I am going to a seminar for my job, and I have to choose between Phoenix in September, Washington DC in October, or New York City in November. I will be paying my own way, but I think I may get some reimbursement.

Not including the issue of cost, which would be best?

we typically go to the beach, but my brother's family always complains that it's too far for them (they're in ohio).

so, any ideas for the OH/PA/NY/TN areas, that'd be GREAT!

camping is out of the question. we need "civilized" accomodations.
thanks!

My wife and I are considering moving to Jacksonville Fl. We will be visiting in July to check out the city. Where are the high crime areas that we should avoid? Where are the ghetto areas?

I currently live in Ohio, US and I am seriously considering moving from here to Toronto. It's a magnificent city and the people and culture there just blows my mind. I have a cousin that lives up there and I have visited the city numerous times. I feel like Toronto is more of a fit for me. I'm young and want to live in a more "foreign" community without being too far away from my family. What are some of the steps to permanently move to Canada? I know I would have to take a citizenship test, but what else would I have to prepare for? Thanks!!
