Did a little research and found a cool page that you have to check out if you are seriously looking for countries that recognize DST. This link was way way to big to copy and paste here so had to send you to the link. Hope this helps!

There are a lot of countries that do not use DST. All those countries are below the equator. Tropical countries do not use DST.

Just about every country that still farms uses DST nerd.
