I am looking for a reasonably priced home, with a good amount of land (preferably a few acres), in a rural area, but close by to a suburban/city area, and preferably in a warmer area, with good, clean air, and, if possible, a place where the jobs pay decent.

Have Americans got a superiority complex ?
I travel in the US frequently and I reckon that I know your physce (sorry spelling).
You see, it seems to me that you guys think that you invented everything and that you gave the world everything because of your superior knowledge. You don't seem to think that the rest of the world invented most things.
..and incidently I go to the US because I happen to like you and your country.

And do people there tend to be racists? Will Asian suffer a lot of racial discrimination?

I expect it to be cold, (being winter and all that) but someone told me that it will probably be in deep snow. Is this true? Am I making a mistake planning a trip to what sounds like Antartica?

Best: TEXAS! Friendly folks, diverse scenery, tons of history and character, and that unmistaken Texas pride. Not everybody wants to live there, but why would anybody hate on the place?

Worst: Hmmmm...probably California. It's beautiful, but its people suck. Plus, that traffic in LA and the Bay Area makes me not want to live there at all.

I live in Kentucky, which is just mediocre.

Does anyone know where I could download America's national anthem, The Star Spangled Banner, from? I need it in full with singing voices. I have already tried Limewire.

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone out there is from Cordele. I was born there but live elsewhere now. I'm trying to find anyone who remembers some of the places there in the 1960's. My aunt lived & worked at the old Swuanne Hotel. I also remember the old Crisp Theater. If anyone out there knows of these places, please let me know. Thanks!

I have been to the Outer Banks many times, but would like to know if I am missing out on anything. I have been to the lighthouses, etc. It has been 4 years since I've been there...anything new? Something other than the typical tourist spots would be nice. I will be there Sept. 16-23. No hurricanes please! Hehehe
