2) What other means of trasnport would get me there, and how much it may cost?

My mom and I are going to NYC in April, and we want to see it up close. I know there is a place where you can buy tickets and walk almost directly on the place...does anyone know where that is? Also, I'd like to get some good pictures of it, does anyone have any recommendations of view points to get good pictures, (trying not to get construction equipment in the pictures, etc.) Thanks for any hints!

i will be in nyc for a baseball game and need to take a shuttle to the airport. i will not be staying at a hotel however. do i have to be part of a hotel to be picked up at it by super shuttle? thanks

i go to NYC in the night after 6 pm and have to stop by till 2,3 hours,and i heard the parking meters need not be fed after 6,7 pm as they are all free after that.Is it true?And what if the parking meter is on the street?
