It usually takes me about three times as long to dry my hands on those hot air dryers than it takes to wash them.

Why then, in a typical UK toilet, are there three times as many basins as there are hot air dryers?

It's always puzzled me.......

My lover & I have both lived in different parts of England and have visited bits of the north, south, and Ireland.
I know 'the best' is all in ones opinion, however we would like to relocate (we're in the states at the moment) I'm curious to see what the majority's opinion is on this. We have one daughter who we would hate to see go to a public (or even private) school in the States. And for us we would like some where not too big but not too country either, with plenty of culture and things happening. So tell me, where is 'the best'? :)

Castles, Palaces, Salisbury, Roman Baths, Cities..... If I only have time for one other place where should I go. Keep in mind it has to make some driving time sense from Stonehenge. Thanks!

Parents are going to Calais tomorow for Booze and Cigarettes run. As I don't smoke and drink mainly in a pub I was thinking of going into Cité Europe for a small shopping spree... Can anyone reccomend some good shops in there, or even just in the Calais area :)

We are also going to Adinkirke if anyone knows anything good around that area apart from XXX-Shops and Brothels :)

Why do you have a King and Queen isn't that kinda out dated? And who becomes the next king? One of those 2 brothers? Which one? So the other one just gets screwed? Is the King like the president of the Country? So his family owns the Country forever or what?
