Why do you have a King and Queen isn't that kinda out dated? And who becomes the next king? One of those 2 brothers? Which one? So the other one just gets screwed? Is the King like the president of the Country? So his family owns the Country forever or what?

in england they have a constitutional monarchy with a ceremonial role.

charles is the queens eldest son followed by his son william. charles will inherit then william. harry only inherits if william dies without offspring.

they dont own the country.

The King or Queen is the Head of State, like a president, but has no real power any more.

The Prime Minister traditionally had less power than a president but Thatcher and now Blair have grabbed more power for themselves and now Blair acts as president in all but name.

Try reading a bit more about the UK.
I presume you mean William & Harry [ The heir & spare]
The Royal family indeed own a lot of land in Uk, Its what brings in the tourists to this country & then they spend all their money here.
We've got more history in UK [ & Europe] thats one thing the US will never beat us at.
