Travel (General) - January 2007

I know I need one of those adaptors to plug in my laptop and stuff to the electricity. I know I need my passport, money, subway card and all that stuff. But what else what do you recommend me to take with me?

I don't have anyone who could sign for me except my doctors who have said it is no longer policy to sign as they don't want to put their passport number on the form. I have not worked for one company long enough and my bank do not know me long enough either.

Has anyone else had/got this problem
