Don't think so. (Especially now, things are getting tighter - can't go to Mexico or Canada from the US w/o a passport!)

Yes young children can be listed on a parent's passport. If the parent is seperated or divorced the child also needs a letter signed by the other parent that the other parent has their knowledge and consent that the children can enter into the United States.
