Why not try MAURITIUS (in the Indian Ocean) - a paradise island. In June it will be winter time but the weather is mild (around 20 degrees), sea water will be warm, and it will also be sunny. Many people travel to Mauritius for honeymoon and have a great time.

Yes! Port Douglas - Australia.
June is the winter there and the weather is perfect (18oC - 25oC)
There are plenty of great hotels and restaurants there and the food is world class.
Port is the closest town to the Great Barrier Reef for diving and snorkeling of island hopping.
the Daintree tropical rainforest is just North of the town and is beautiful.
Cairns is an hour down the coast and has loads of attractions.
Inland is the Atherton Tablelands which has Parnella Park Spanish castles, Waterfalls and Karanda to ex plore.
It is a really romantic place. The flight may not be cheap but once you are there your money will go a long way.
Happy travelling........

i got married very early july and had the same issue, we wanted maldives or carribean but it's their rainy seasons.
we went to bali and had an amazing time. the country, people and weather are fantastic. we stayed in a town called nusa dua, which is just 5 star resort hotels and a town, perfect for a honeymoon. we did lots of activities around the island, like going into the rainforest, dolphin watching and scuba diving.
we would love to go back. i would recommend checking that insurance will be reasonable, there was a bombing there shortly after we were there (nearly 5 years ago).

Hiya,
I got married at the end of may and went to the Maldives for 17 night which took us well into June. It is apparently the start of the rainy season but we had perfect weather. It rained twice through the day but it would hot and sunny ten minutes later. The island was pure tropical paradise and luxury and relaxation was top of the bill. I would definately reccomend it!!!
Good luck with your search.

Kefalonia. It may not be very tropical or exotic but it will be warm, romantic and if you stay in a hotel it will be luxurious. It is one of the Greek Islands and the place where Captain Corellis Mandolin was filmed

Santorini is very romatic. Hot and with beautiful sunsets. Stay on the West Side of the island near thera (Fira) for the best views. Lots of great eating places in Thera but more expensive than on the other side of the island. We stayed here and had a great time
