The airline that I work for uses SkySpeed and FlightSpeed by Navitaire. Both are similar, however SkySpeed is a newer version of FlightSpeed, but both are identical in function and are similar in user-friendliness.

As far as Sabre goes, thats what most travel agencies use, as well as a few airlines (United)

in the US the major resrvation systems are Sabre Worldspan Apollo and Amadeus Sabre being the most user friendly in my opinion but all are very similar
