I wil be flying via CX to the US. Can I bring gels, creams, liquids, foods like peanuts in my checked-in luggages. Where can I read some info. Thanks.

Yes, you're allowed to put liquids and most foods into your checked luggage. The individual airline should have information on their website (or check a general one like Travelocity) that will include latest regulations.

You can't bring certain types of food like fresh fruit, meats, etc., and you have a limit if you're bringing alcohol.

you can put all that you listed in your checked luggage, just do not put them in your carry-on. You cannot bring meats or fresh fruits and veggies, though. Cheese, on the other hand, is permitted. Hi Say, No Liquids or beer!!! You have to buy it from them on the flight. The 3oz. Thing I have No Ideal... Have a safe flight.. Lol poppy1
