Jawahar Lal Nehru University, Delhi, has Foreign Language Department. They teach many European Languages, as certificate course. Try with them. Even, otherwise Alliance Franchise teaches French, in many cities and Max-Mueller Institution, German. For any other language, contact their Embassies.

Since you are already in a field where you would know English automatically. Next to English, French is the second language widely spoken. So, you can try French.

Sme european languages are English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, Bengali, Russian, Persian and German.
U can approach the French or German consulate in all states. There are courses offered by them, their certificates are worthy and quality of teaching is worth mentioning.

I would ask a supervisor which language would be the most helpful. but I suggest the Rosetta Stone language programs. Everyone who uses them loves them.
