My boyfriend got two DUIs within three years, and we want to travel to Sweden together during the summer to celebrate my graduation. I know Canada will not admit people with DUIs, but what other countries are the same way? Ideally, we want to go to any country in Scandinavia. We're both U.S. citizens. What countries prohibit DUI offenders from entering their country? He has no felonies, only 2 misdemeanor DUIs, and has finished with all the DUI conviction penalties.

Can anyone help ! I'm trying to think of anywhere in Europe that's reasonably priced, that's full of sun, history and places to go, that isn't quiet with 2 bars/tavernas but also not too lively either (eg Magaluf). Somewhere without kids would be great too !

Tall order I know but any suggestions greatfully appreciated.

We are moving May 1st to Brasov, Romania and I am concerned with etiquette. I do not want to offend anyone while there. I am learning more everday about the people and the region. For those of you who live there or have been there for more than a day or 2 could you please give me some advice. What are some things I should do and what are things that are a definate NO-NO. I feel that the more I know the easier it will be on us.
