I come from the Philippines. What is the best option to make my travel cheaper? Should I take the rail to visit other major European cities? Can I make the arrangements here in the Philippines or do this when I get to Vienna? Is there any way of knowing how much it will cost me if I take the rail with Vienna as the point of origin? Kindly help me. This is my first time in Europe.

I know the country code is 34. When my mother would call me in Paris she would dial 03311 then my number. What should she dial now?

People are people, we all know that. But some cultures encourage friendliness and decency toward strangers more than others. Therefore, in all your experiences of trapesing through Europe, what nation of people in Europe and the British Isles would you rank as the friendliest, nicest, and most genuine?

As an American, I find it difficult to find any info on this part of the world. It unfortunately still has the reputation of being violent, chaotic, and unsafe for travel. I'm sure this isn't the case. So what parts of former Yugoslavia are safe to travel and good spots for traveling to? I would love to see this part of the world, but don't know anything about it.
