Try to go to a local store before you go to France and Spain and ask the cashier for one to Europe and you can get it in a snap.

U can get them at kiosks,like those that sell candies,cigs etc.Or u can always go into those idd shops that they have around France,wer u make a call then u pay for the minutes that u have used.Its usually run by foreigners,arabs & pakistani's.I used to call back to Sweden in those.Much cheaper than calling cards.They usually also offer Internet there.Hope that helps. :) Cheers!
