If travelling by car it's about 200 KM (120 miles). Similar to travelling elsewhere in the world, you'll need 2 hours. The train should be similar, as it is a pretty "straight shot" from one city to the next.

One word of caution: Berlin is a HUGE city (this I mean square miles). Travelling from one side to the other will take an hour.
