Po. Shqiperia. Gezuar! Faleminderit.

I worked in Albania during the Kosovo crisis in 1999 so definitely know where it is -- Southern Balkans....bordering Adriatic Sea, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro. It's a very pretty country, especially in the South. I learned to scuba dive there.

Tirana is the capital, but other big cities are Vlora, Durres, Fier, Elbasan, Gjirokaster, Skhoder, among others.

If you speak Albanian, lopa pa borren shoren na rruge...I might not have spelt that right but that's a sentence I learnt when I saw it and repeat it to all the Albanians I meet to get a smile (my building in NY is staffed by Albanians and Kosovars...)

Yes, I know where it is. It borders Greece in the south, Macedonia in the east, Montenegro and Serbia in the north and the Adriatic ocean in the west. I studied about Albania in school and I've seen some photos from there too. It's the mystery country of Europe because of the decades of isolation from the rest of the world.

On the Balkan peninsula. As far as I know it's situated somewhere near Greece and Macedonia and is washed by the sea.

It is in southern Europe, near Greece. I remember from the days when the government was so oppresive there back in the 80s.
