What would be the cheapest you could manage (staying with family is not an option), what would be the most if you could afford it?

What kind punishment the left and the anarchists shall have since they are insulting all the greek patriots ?

PS. They do not help the student's movement at all, since they cause nothing problems to other citizens and they turn every march into their own sick party.

Does anyone have an answer to just how many British expatriates that there are living in Crete? It is currently one of the property hotspots around the Mediterranean. It seems an aweful lot of new arrivals are setting up home in the past 12 months. Many are retiring in Crete for its warmer weather compared to UK, and it seems a lot of youngsters are working in Crete these days as well. There must be a lot of Living in Crete "Wannabes" if job seeking ads in Crete forums are anything to judge by.

My husband and I are going to Greece this June. Does anyone know of a Greek Island that we should not miss. We have been to Santorini, Crete, Rhodes, Patmos, Mokonois (SP?) before would like to go to some different islands this time. We arrive in Athens and have a flight to Chania, Crete. We want to spend time visiting there as we love Crete. We also want to go to Santorini again even if it's only for a night or two. We have a total of 18 days. Thanks

We are flying to Athens in mid april and would like to visit Kos and Rhodes. Are there ferries available? How expensive are they? How frequent are they and how long does the journey take. Please provide links/contact numbers of ferry companies to illustrate your answers. Thanks

I am visiting my fiance's parents in Greece (suburban Athens) for the first time during Easter week. What would be a good gift to give them? I am thinking of something for their house. I know that I should not give knives as a present (not that I was even thinking of that), but are there any other no-nos? I have asked my fiance, but he didn't have any suggestions.

My family is planning to take a trip this summer to the greek islands in august and i have two children, one of 17 and the other of 16 and they are bringing friends. We want a place where they can have fun with their friends (good nightlife) and where there are many people of their age (mainly brits). where do you recommend we go: crete, santorini or the mykonos? Also, which towns in these islands are central to all the nightlife and good restaurants, and have good accomadation?
