A friend of mine worked years ago in Canava Roussos for the summer (wine tasting) - not much money, but they provided some sort of accomodation http://www.canavaroussos.gr/uk/motions.html

You can send Cv's to campings and hotels, for their contact info check them at www.gtp.gr. If you are looking for a simple job, just to give you the opportunity to spend the summer at santorini, just go there on April, for sure you will find something within 2-3 days. Also, have in mind that most of hotels and campings provide accomodation( a simple room with bathroom) to their staff.

Stay away from the hotels of Santorini. They don't care about their personnel! Employees live like animals!
