A villa is more extravagant...and it depends on your lifestyle too.

villa, but a resort is the best! a good one! if you are looking to live in then go for a villa, more traditional and normally have a swimming pool!

When you say villa I think house in the sunshine so villa defo either way you wont lose any money with property.
