Hi, sweety!
Good morning from Greece!
The lowest temperature depends on the area!
But rarely and only at the mountains is lower than zero!

Hello - I come from the Dodecanese islands and it is very rare that we have weather below 0 degrees C. A few times in winter we have had some snow but this does not lay on the ground very long unless it is shaded well from the sun and up on the hills where the wind may be cold.

Most of the time the weather is nice and warm, although we can have some very rough seas in winter.

Fresh water is still in short supply on some islands, but there is a good supply via water tanker to those areas that need it.

Since there are literally thousands of islands spread from north to south there is no lowest temperature. The northern ones will be colder than the southern ones. What matters here is duration of the phenomenon. It will stay colder in the north during the day. At night at winter it gets cold almost everywhere. But not 0 degrees it usually is around 10-14. Like Kimon said no water no inhabitants.

I guess the coldest islands are Thassos, where I came from, and Samothraki. These are the north most islands of Greece and due to their mountainous terrain they can be really cold in winder. Long time ago I remember several days below -5, -8.
As you could figure our for yourself, islands with no water are not inhabited.

What the other answerers say is correct, just keep in mind that they are referring to celsius degrees, not fahrenheit.
