I have a Canadian Passport and I'm planning to do a backpacking trip to Europe next summer including ten different countries. I know that there's a law right now where tourists can't stay over 90 days in the Schengen area. are they really strict on that? What happens if they find out that you've been staying a little over the 90 days? Do they check your length of stay at the airport when you leave? Thank you very much!

The guy is married to a filipina named Mylyn and they are presently residing in Ozamiz City, Philippines. The guy arrived here sometime in January 2006 and contracted to lease my Bar & Restaurant. After demolishing a portion of the building in the guise of renovating it he suddenly left the premises leaving my Bar & Restaurant in a very bad shape. A court case is filed by me against Menno Janssen for breach of contract and malicious mischiefs.
