If there is a difference between the females (or indeed the people) of Europe and those in the States, it is only that the 'females of Europe' are confident they are right, but are not as absolutely convinced as most Americans seem to be. This explains why women in Europe all look just like themselves, while women in America run the gamut from looking "just like Jessica Simpson" to looking "a bit like Jessica Simpson"...LOL!
I like America (a lot), but the freedom to "look like who you actually are" is much more prevalent in Europe...and that's a shame!

The females in the states tend to shave their armpits and bathe. France.... well I guess France and others that want to be like the French have more continental tastes.

yes. I find most are confident and less forward. You'll need to expect to work for a conversation. Generally of course, I find European women to be extremely sylish and concerned with appearance.
