Probably Germany, (if you consider russia part of Europe than its russia) because germany has a booming industry in technology of all sorts as well as having a lot of money and since there navy has one of the most high tech ships of all time. Aswell there economy is very strong and very reliable.

3) Only one that has not been invaded or had a revolution in the last Century or had to make a deal to avoid it (ie Switzerland and Sweden)

5) No lemming mentality
6) Speaks World Language of English
7) Had Biggest and most succesful and least tyrannical empire
