If so, is one able to camp out in them? And about the Sask. - I'd really like to spend the night in the praries. Are there places you can stay or park your car and have an awesome and clear view of the night sky? Thank you.

I went to the parade this morning and I am having a BBQ at my house this afternoon, then we are going dowtown to watch the fireworks.

What are you doing to celebrate CANADA DAY?

Or for the Americans out there; what are you going to do on July 4?

but i want to do it illegally, demand you pay for my medical, demand you help me feed my family, deflect any criticism of this allegedly irresponsible reproductive behavior with, "It is a cultural USA thing. You would not understand, pal,",i want to kep my american culture strong and wave my american flag in your country so all can see,i will demand that your school teaches my kids american culture,Demand a local canadian driver license. This will afford other legal rights and will go far to legitimize my unauthorized, illegal presence in Canada.and when my 14 yr old daughter gets pregnant i want your government to pay for her to have the baby and i want you to support them........

is this ok with you guys??? i heard that you just might let us in...im on my way! see you soon

Yeah, jokes about hockey and dark nights with sled dogs aside, I am going to Vancouver, and then taking the train to Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a few days in Jasper, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax. Anyone have any cool ideas? This is a once in a lifetime thing. It's my honeymoon!

I recently had an opportunity to spend a lot of time in Canada, BC to be specific. I have travelled a lot in my life and lived in several different places in the world. I am NOT military. My time in Canada brought me to some conclusions that I hadn't expected:
-The Canadians I met seemed closed minded to other nationalities. I noticed this in the way my friends spoke of East Indians and Arabs especially.
-There are TV shows that my Canadian friends love. The goal of one show is to simply make fun of people. This guy would go around and interview people. He would say outrageous things that no one would believe and people would go for it. It was very disrespectful but my Kanuck friends loved it.
-I noticed that there are many nationalistic "ugly" Canadians with Canadian flags on their cars, in front of houses, etc. I don't like to use flags.
Maybe this means I need to change my friends. Can anyone convince me that Canadians are not this way. Thanks.

Me and some friends want to take a road trip to Canada. We were just wondering what the legal drinking age is?
Also we heard that you can't bring a carton of cigarettes into Canada because they search your whole car and suitcase?

Was that basically a bunch of people seceding from the NWT to make their own territory, or was it a move by the federal government in the name of political correctness? Why and how did nunavut come about?
