I looked at the calendar beside my desk, and the 3rd wasn't shown as a holiday. I looked again later, and realized the calendar was a gift from a friend in Hawaii, and guess what? In Hawaii, the 3rd isn't a holiday. Sorry for giving you a bum steer. Have a great holiday and a great stat day!!!

This is an extension of an earlier question but is it true that if convicted of a felon in the US, a person wanting to become a Canadian citizen, can get clemency from Canada to enter the country if the person has a skill that Canada deems useful?
