Yellowknife is in the Northwest Territories, not the Yukon. The city of Whitehorse is in the Yukon. But I am from the Yukon and I live in Whitehorse, but I have visited a friend in Yellowknife a few times. It is very beautiful up here. Yellowknife has a much smaller population than Whitehorse though. I am so lucky to live up here, and Yukoners are the nicest people in the world. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them. I recommend that everybody take a trip to the North, because you will never want to leave.

I was in Fort Nelson, B.C. a year ago. It's not that far from Yellowknife. Beautiful country up there.
