As a US citizen, do I need a passport to enter & exit Canada?

If you think about it, it makes sense. Canada has all the resources we need. Wood, oil, water, electricity, lumber, natural gas, etc etc. It would be more convienient for us to invade them than the Iranians.Also, the
Iranians would start producing many suicide bombers to lure us away from their country.
Canadians, on the other hand, wouldn't mind being part of the US as they are pretty much like us.
What do you guys think? Is invading Canada worth it?

Jealousy? Inferiority complex? Did a Canadian guy steal his girl? Frustrated because as a "wigger" pretty much nobody takes him seriously and he's too spineless to talk smack for real so has to resort to the internet to front as a bad-***?

I'm Canadian and work at a call center where I get calls from Americans and I have been asked the silliest questions about our country. One lady was TOTALLY amazed that we had our own money and that the queen is on it. Anyone have funny stories? Please nothing hateful I'm just curious.

(not for drinking or anything) (and from getting pulled over again), if I move to Canada, can I get a Driver's liscence again? Also if I have a warrant for a non-appearance for this issue . . will it be irrelevant in Canada? I am an Aussie goin to Canada for 9 months next year to work I was goin to the us (sorry yanks i was told by so many poaple that Canada is a nicer country) but ive changed my mind there is heaps of imformation online about living in the us but nothing about Canada.
i want to know about tipping and stuff from wat ive read u need to tip everywhere in the us is Canada the same, Thats the sort of things im trying to research i want to try and fit in with the locals as much posible I know there are french speakin provinces on the east side but im staying on the english speaking provinces in either Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Ontario also i will be working on a farm so ill be in a rural area.

We want to drive up next weekend and stay in Windsor for a night with our friend from Switzerland. We all have our passports just worried if it will look odd that 2 Americans and a Swiss when coming back to the U.S.? We'd hate to get there and her not be able to get back.
