I'm sick of been called a country Hick and other stupid insults. For all you people that think that we go to bed at 9pm think again. and we do have night clubs that are open all night. Hi everyone

I am an Australian and I am really happy when I read comments from so many people saying they dream of visiting/living in Australia.

I love Australia but I guess because we are so isolated from the world we don't get to hear a lot of feedback about our country. So I am interested to know what it is that appeals to the international Answers community about Australia? Is it the beaches, weather, the people?

Need advice urgently best way to emigrate to New Zealand, searched on internet & got agencies who will help but had so many different answers from them like "Yes he is eligible 110 points", "possibly with proper references", "no hes not because hes not got a degree", some dont even know age limits for entry. All seem to want thousands of £s up front to do us a service with no guarantee of even getting selected to go. how do I know if I am getting ripped off. As far as I can see, if we apply ourselves we have to pay £525 just to see if we are eligible. Husband is 53 so time is short. I need urgent help to get me started PLEASE

After living in australia for a year i fell in love with the country and my fiance, i am planning a big move after i graduate college and was wondering what the job field in australia is like. i am a comp sci major and the job search in the US has been pretty tough. if anyone has any experience with searching for a job in aus within the IT field, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! thankx

People say that somewhere in Australia there is a place name Hobult (or similar to it), at the sea shore. It is said that the place is always covered with fog or mist and anything that enters that particular area can never get out of it. May be there the sea water “sinks” down everything. It is further said that a similar place, called Barmooda Triangle” (or similar to it) is there near Thailand.
Exact information with correct names and geographical evidences (including web reference, if any) is requested.
