Where is the best place to go skiing and when is the best time?
Meaning best in Canada is January/Feb. Would it be July/Aug?

Queenstown is good and it has many other attractions besides skiing. But it is horrendously expensive. You'd get better value for your money at one of the ski fields in Canterbury, like Mt. Dobson or Mt. Hutt, if you plan to spend all your time skiing. And their season is about as long as Queenstown or Wanaka.

Starts around july can go to oct, they have had heaps of snow, depending on what you want?, commercial, expensive etc, queenstown, better to get a map an explore the sth island

MY KIDS ARE GOING WITH THEIR DAD IN SEPT. APPARENTLY AUG SEPT OCT IS THE BEST TIME TO SKI. ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO SKI IN NZ IS A PLACE CALLED 'QUEENSTOWN.' MY EX HUSBAND IS FROM NZ, THAT'S HOW I KNOW.
