People who live in New Zealand. Actually, a guy at work is from New Zealand and we call him a Kiwi. Don't know if that's right or not, but he's never corrected us.

Yes, all answers so far, combined are correct. "New Zealanders" is the correct term. "Kiwi" is slang just like "Yanks".
And The Maori are a Polynesian tribe that have been there almost 1500 years. I just read about this as the Maori Queen passed this past week.

Generally speaking, they are known as Kiwi's - but there are 2 kinds of kiwi's. The first is the Maori and they are dark skinned. The second are known as Pakhia (sorry about spelling), and they are fair skinned.

We call ourselves New Zealanders, or Kiwis, or if you want to break it down further its Maori (native NZer) or Pakeha (Caucasian NZer)...
