I think it would be a great adventure. What harm can it cause if your only there for a month and you have to return? at least you tried it and would have no regrets. I am sure your family will help and be supportive too.

well it is kinda scary. dont worry about ur safety in NZ coz NZ is a really safe country to live in. however, if u dont have any family or freinds there then it can get quite lonely out there, but u have to be brave in life and if u really want to do something and u feel u are mature and strong enough u have to go for it. yes it will be kinda scary, but so was the day, u first went to school, first day of work, etc. best of luck.

Just go.

I lived on my own in Denmark - I didn't even speak Danish at the time. It was the best decision I made.

From what I hear from acquaintances, New Zealand is fantastic so just get your stuff together and go. You have a while 4 months to plan and get ready!

Bon Voyage :o]

Go for it!! I'm 40 and never bothered to go anywhere when I was younger, and now regret it. You will too if you miss this opportunity. Just be sensible, canny and a bit street wise. Don't accept lifts off people you don't know, try and hook up with others like yourself, and send me a postcard! I'm so envious. Have a great time babe!

do yourself a favor and go. what a beautiful opportunity for you. it's only scary because it's the "unknown", once you get into the experience and things start happening, the fear will be on the back burner. best of luck to you, and good times as well!!!

You will have no problems in NZ. It is like England in the 1960s. It is friendly and very English, you can even by fish and chips in real chippy's.
It is cheaper than England and there is loads to see and do. It is a country of amazing contrasts.
Does this answer your question???

Go, but you will need alot of money, if you are just traveling. If you plan to live there and get a job, they might not let you in. They only want white collar types that have a job waiting for them, or you can be filthy rich.
