Which one most provides all the necessary conviniences (a good hospital, public park, mall, palengke, library, etc.) most retired people would ever need, within its vicinities?

My parents are planning to go back. They are originally from Manila but they don't want to live in Manila again.

I asked this question earlier and everyone said why not send it via money transfer. Read my question closely please, I have PESOS. not dollars to send.. I want to mail it to my family in the philippines. If I had dollars to send obvoiusly I'd send it via transfer but because I have PESOS and not dollars to send I need to do it this way. Has anyone sent money via FEDEX or other like DHL and sent it safely without theft? If you haven't just don't reply. Thank you.

I was there in October, and I felt like an outsider. I'm full pinoy, and even though a lot of people were nice to me, I felt that they were being bola. Reasons Why I felt that way:

1. cannot speak tagalog
2. grew up in America
3. barely know my relatives
4. naiihya ako

I wish now that I had grew up in the philppines rather than chicago, I always wonder how I would be if I grew up there rather than here, maybe my life would of been a lot better. EWAN?
